St John of God Bendigo Hospital is a 122-bed contemporary private hospital located in central Victoria providing high quality acute medical and surgical health care services for people in Bendigo and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a Bookings Officer to join our multidisciplinary team on a casual basis. In this role, you will support a high-performing Admissions team by ensuring the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of patient admissions and theatre bookings, while delivering a personalised and professional service to patients, clinicians and key stakeholders. As the first line of support, you will play an important role in helping create a seamless patient experience.

Your Skills And Experience
n
You will hold a relevant Medical Terminology certificate (or equivalent) and bring experience working within an admissions, bookings or administrative setting. You will demonstrate robust organisational skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.
