The Opportunity

Working across business insurance, property insurance and professional indemnity insurance (mostly for medical professionals), you will manage client relationships, provide outstanding service and help grow an existing portfolio. This is a opportunity to specialise and find your forever home becoming a "subject matter expert" in your field

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and growing a portfolio of general insurance clients
n
Building and maintaining referral partner relationships
n
Identifying and converting new business opportunities
n
Remarketing and negotiating insurance solutions for existing clients
n
Assisting with claims, renewals and ongoing policy management
n
Researching and placing suitable insurance solutions with insurers
n
Delivering exceptional client service and retention outcomes
n




Maintaining compliance and industry accreditation requirements

About You

Experience in general insurance broking
n
Tier 1 qualification preferred
n
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
A customer-focused approach
n
Business development capability and commercial acumen

Excellent organisation and time management skills
