About the Role

As a Spa Therapist at Chi Spa, you will have the chance to contribute to our guests' overall well-being by delivering exceptional spa treatments. You will be responsible for creating a serene and therapeutic environment while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
n

Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials and other therapies.
n
Customize treatments based on the individual needs and preferences of each client.
n
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room,



ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and prepared for each treatment.
n
Provide expert guidance and recommendations on spa services and products.
n
Educate clients on the benefits of different treatments and wellness practices.
n
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
n
Keep accurate records of client profiles and treatment notes.
n

About You
n

Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
n
Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
n
Have a can do attitude and be willing to learn new skills
n
Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
n
Be available to a work a in a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
