Freighter Group is one of Australasia's leading manufacturers and service providers of trailers and transport solutions. We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Campbelltown dealership and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
n
As the link between our customers and workshop, you'll be responsible for coordinating repairs from booking through to completion, ensuring clear communication, accurate estimates and efficient job management.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Lead Service Advisor, you'll work closely with our workshop, parts team and customers to ensure every job is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing exceptional customer service from enquiry through to vehicle collection.
n
Preparing repair estimates and quotations.
n
Creating and managing work orders in SAP.
n
Scheduling workshop bookings and coordinating repair progress.
n
Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the repair process.
n
Liaising with technicians, parts and suppliers to ensure efficient turnaround times.
n
Preparing invoices and minimising Work in Progress (WIP).
n




Assisting with warranty administration and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Promoting a safe, organised and professional workplace.
n

About You
n
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
n
To be successful you'll have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
n
Robust administration and organisational skills.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
n
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
n
Confidence using computer systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
n
Mechanical knowledge or experience within the heavy vehicle, transport or automotive industry will be highly regarded.
n
