THE ROLE
n This opportunity involves managing a premium portfolio of approximately 170 properties with a high end agency, offering high-quality support to landlords and tenants. The properties are well-maintained, ensuring a streamlined and professional experience.
n You'll be part of a collaborative team environment, working with experienced colleagues, modern systems and supportive leaders who prioritise your success. You will have dedicated support behind you
n Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of approximately 170 properties
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and lease renewals
n
Manage outgoings across the portfolio
n
Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
n
Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service
n

Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience).

THE PERSON
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in property management.
n
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional setting.
n
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
n
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
n
Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
n
n
