We are working on a Candidate Manager / Executive Researcher opportunity supporting senior retained searches from $200k on a national scale.

You don't need years of recruitment experience to be considered.
n
What matters more is that you're:

Exceptionally organised and detail orientated
n
Intelligent, switched on and quick to learn
n
Confident and polished on the phone
n
Systems driven and good at managing multiple moving parts
n
Curious, research focused and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT/Claude to work smarter
n
You'll work closely with a very successful hands-on Director, helping manage executive search processes from start to finish: market mapping, candidate engagement, coordination with clients and candidates, interview processes and all the detail in between.
n

They're open to all level from current consultant or candidate manager to someone earlier in their career, potentially even a solid graduate with limited recruitment experience.
n
