LifeTec is seeking an experienced Intake Officer to join our Milton office. This full-time, office-based role is the gateway to our services, handling enquiries, coordinating referrals, and guiding clients, families, and health professionals to the right support.
You will excel at problem-solving, multi-tasking in a busy environment and delivering outstanding customer service, with solid communication and computer skills, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint and CRM systems.
