You'll work across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients across the lifespan to achieve meaningful communication, participation and independence goals.
n
You'll have the opportunity to:
n
n
Manage a diverse caseload across paediatrics, adults and NDIS
n
Complete comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments
n
Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
n
Deliver engaging interventions across clinic and community settings
n
Support clients and their families through education, coaching and practical strategies
n
Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and support networks
n
Mentor and support other Speech Pathologists, sharing your knowledge and clinical expertise
n
Support less experienced clinicians through case discussions, peer learning and collaboration
n
Collaborate closely with OTs, Physios and other Allied Health professionals
n
Continue developing your own clinical expertise through mentoring, supervision and professional development
n

What You'll Bring We're looking for a Speech Pathologist who is confident clinically, passionate about making a difference and excited to help others grow.
n
n
You will have:
n
n
Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
n
Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
membership/eligibility
n
3+ years experience working within the NDIS and/or community setting
n
A genuine interest in supporting and mentoring other clinicians
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
n
Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
n
