Key Responsibilities
n
As a Service Technician, you will:
n
Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair heavy diesel equipment and machinery
n
Perform engine overhauls, hydraulic repairs, electrical diagnostics, and general maintenance
n
Complete accurate service documentation, including labour, parts, and consumables used
n
Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
n
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment
n
Deliver professional and high-quality workmanship in line with manufacturer and company standards
n
Identify faults and recommend effective repair solutions
n
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
n
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
A recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
Experience with engine overhauls, major component repairs, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diagnostics
n
A current and valid driver's licence
n
A mature, logical, and methodical approach to troubleshooting and repair work
n




The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a workshop workplace
n
Highly Regarded
n
High-risk work licences and/or tickets
n
HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver's Licence
n
Previous experience working with construction, agricultural, or industrial equipment
n
Service Technician
