Our Client, an auto electrical workshop in Grafton NSW, are expanding, and seeking a Qualified Auto Electrician to join their busy team in the heart of the CBD.
n

This is a stable, ongoing opportunity, perfect for those looking to relocate to the stunning Clarence Valley of NSW, where we have the best of all worlds; bush, beach, rainforest, and some fantastic customers and their vehicles to work with, every day.

The team specialise in the full range of automotive diagnostics, including, but not limited to; air conditioning, caravans, campers, large vehicles, 4WDs, heavy machinery, touring vehicle fit-outs, dual battery systems, solar installations, towing solutions and vehicle accessories. Works are carried out both within the workshop, and on field for service calls.

38-hour work week with an employee bonus opportunity and an early knock off on Fridays

Attractive working hours; Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, Fridays 7am – 1pm

General Responsibilities:
n
n




Auto electrical fault diagnosis and repairs
n
Automotive air conditioning diagnosis, servicing and repairs (If licensed)
n
Caravan, camper and 4WD electrical installations
n
Dual battery system fit outs, incorporating lithium, solar and inverter system installations
n
Accessory fitting and vehicle upgrades
n
Customer service, quoting and job management
n
n
Essential Requirements:
n
n
Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or recognised equivalent)
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
n
Desirable/Additional
Experience or Licences:
n
n
Certificate II or III in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology
n
ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
EV experience
n
Experience with caravans, campers and off-grid power systems
n
Experience with dual battery, lithium, inverter and solar installations
n
n
