Test Analyst -ServiceNow
Location

Sydney
Duration: 12 months minimum with potential extension
7+ years of experience in
software/manual testing
.
Hands-on experience in
ServiceNow testing
.
Strong experience in manual testing and test case design.
Experience with
functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing
.
Valuable understanding of
ServiceNow ITSM processes
.
Experience with defect management and tracking tools such as
JIRA
.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
