Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items as directed, including baking, pastry, and butchery tasks
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
Minimise food wastage through efficient preparation and storage practices
Follow all standard operating procedures and WH&S; guidelines
Support senior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team workplace




Maintain professional grooming and presentation standards
Build positive relationships with colleagues across departments
Stay informed about food products and culinary trends
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment preferred
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S; practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Formal culinary training or relevant certifications (desirable)
