Key responsibilities
•Manage key client relationships and electrical service accounts
•Coordinate service delivery and technician allocation
•Prepare quotes and confirm scope requirements
•Monitor job profitability, margins, costs and productivity
•Support timely job completion and invoicing
•Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
•Lead, coach and manage field technicians
•Monitor safety, compliance and service quality
Candidate requirements
•Relevant electrical trade, engineering, facilities or service-management qualification
•Account-management experience in an electrical or technical-services business




•Strong knowledge of electrical service operations
•Commercial experience in quoting, margins and job costing
•Leadership experience with field technicians or operational teams
•Excellent organisation, negotiation and communication skills
•Current driver licence and ability to meet Australian visa requirements
