Westpac is undergoing a major transformation and seeks an Analysis Capability Lead to establish and lead a current capability function for 200 analysts across Retail and Small Business Banking. You will shape the analyst community, set enterprise-wide standards, and champion emerging technologies, including AI, to boost productivity and quality.
