Silver Chain Group is seeking a Care Worker to support older adults in Sanctuary Point and surrounding areas. You will help with daily living tasks, personal care, mobility, and medication assistance, using a person-centred approach.
The role requires 3+ months in a similar setting, a valid Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle. Training opportunities and a supportive team are provided to develop skills and qualifications.
