Job Description
Western Health in Melbourne is seeking an Aboriginal Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver culturally secure, holistic primary care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women in custody at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre.

Working within Western Health's multidisciplinary team, you will perform advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, care coordination and health promotion, with a focus on equity, trauma-informed care and continuity of care for women in custody.
