Job Description
QBE is seeking a Senior Strategic Workforce Planner to translate business priorities into transparent workforce insights and actions over a 3-5 year horizon. You will lead forecasting, scenario modelling, capability mapping and demand analysis to inform leadership decisions.

Collaborating with senior leaders, you'll analyse workforce, financial and external talent data to identify gaps, risks and practical actions. Hybrid working is offered to support work‐life balance.
