V/Line is seeking an HR Improvement Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on designing and delivering HR improvement initiatives to strengthen the future People Operating Model and improve HR service delivery across the organisation.
You will lead small projects, partner with People & Culture teams and business stakeholders, and drive process improvement to lift efficiency, effectiveness and service quality.
