Laing O'Rourke in Sydney is seeking a Project Cost Planner with solid estimating and cost planning capability to support major projects. You will develop BOQs from drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare cost estimates while coordinating with architects, engineers and site teams to manage budget and drive value engineering.
The role emphasizes cost control, design review for budget adherence, and use of CostX and Candy to maintain detailed estimation models throughout project
