Thisis a fantasticopportunity to join a supportive team in providing home and community access.Working with the Salt Foundation you will play a vital role in supporting our participants into pursuingtheir interests,



developing new skills,achievetheir lifestyle goals and to be valued asequalmember in the community.Your role may involveproviding assistancewith all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care,assistancewith everyday householdtasksand meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.
About you:

Explicit and effective communications skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
Initiative and self-motivation
A positive and professional approach
Flexibility and availabilityisessential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, morning,dayand afternoon.
Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered
