The clients are already in place and the revenue is established, giving you the freedom to focus on advisory work, client service, mentorship, and allocation of work across the team. Your focus is on delivery, strengthening these relationships and stepping into a genuine leadership position.

This well-established firm with a great reputation and is seeking two Business Services Managers to join their team - one due to a promotion and the other due to a newly created position. The long-tenured, high-performing team is a explicit reflection of the firm's stability, strong culture and genuine career pathways. Upskilling, training and ongoing development sit at the core of this business, supporting consistent growth for both individuals and the wider team.

As part of the management team, you'll also be invited to annual offsite retreats, providing valuable time for team connection, collaboration and strategic alignment outside of the day-to-day environment. With a pool and gym in the building you will be given a gym memberships and have access to free parking in the building. You'll will inherit a large portfolio and lead a capable team of 4 (2 onshore, 2 offshore) who operate with a high level of independence. Your time will be split approximately 60% client-facing and 40% team leadership.

Your responsibilities will be:
n
n
Managing a diverse client portfolio across government, construction, hospitality, transport, medical, IT and SME clients
n
Leading client relationships and delivering advisory-focused outcomes
n
Reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and maintaining quality across the team
n
Overseeing workflow, delegation, and team performance
n
n
Ideally you will be:
n
n
CA or CPA qualified
n
Have a background in Business Services within public practice
n
Technically strong and comfortable reviewing and completing complex work
n
Confident working directly with clients and building long-term relationships
n
Willing to remain hands-on across advisory and more complex engagements
n
n
