Job Description
South West Hospital and Health Service in Roma, Queensland, is seeking an Aged Care Assessor Senior to deliver high level clinical assessments for frail older people and their carers. You will work in alignment with Commonwealth Department of Health guidelines and establish eligibility for aged care programs.

The role involves outreach, travel to facilities across the region, and contributing to a team focused on delivering quality patient services within a broad rural context.
