Catholic Healthcare is seeking an empathetic inbound sales skilled to handle phone-based inquiries from prospective clients navigating the aged care journey. You will triage inquiries, build rapport with families, liaise with referrers and manage leads in the CRM with timely, compassionate information.
Based in Macquarie Park with optional work-from-home arrangements, you'll join a small call centre reporting to the Team Leader, Inbound Sales Enquiry.
