Job Description
CatholicCare NT in Tennant Creek, NT is hiring a Housing Support Case Worker to provide intensive case management and education to participants of the Housing Support program. You will assist with transitions in public housing, coordinate referrals, and develop proactive case plans with local networks.

The role emphasizes culturally competent practice, engagement with Indigenous communities, and solid advocacy to help clients access stable housing and services in the Barkly region.
