Job Capital is seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers for future commercial and industrial construction opportunities in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities
•Manage projects from handover through completion and close-out
•Prepare programmes, budgets and resourcing plans
•Manage procurement, subcontractors and critical-path activities
•Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and profitability
•Identify, price and negotiate project variations
•Lead supervisors, foremen, electricians and subcontractors
•Manage clients, builders, consultants and project meetings
•Maintain safety, testing, quality and compliance documentation
•Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
Candidate requirements
•Relevant electrical trade, electrical engineering, construction or project-management qualification
•Substantial electrical construction and project-management experience




•Demonstrated delivery of commercial or industrial electrical projects
•Robust financial and commercial management capability
•Experience with budgets, forecasting, variations and cash flow
•Strong planning, procurement and contract-administration skills
•Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication
•Current driver licence and ability to meet Australian visa requirements
Desirable
•Australian commercial construction experience and a recognised project-management qualification
