Job Description

We are seeking a highly seasoned Business Analyst tooperate across multiple Lines of Business (LoBs) as part of large, enterprise‐
scaletransformation
programs.



This role requires a principal level BA with 25+ yearsof experience who can confidently navigate complex environments and driveoutcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on
majortransformation
programs involving multiple LoBs (e.g.,
Retail,Institutional,
Risk, Finance, Operations)
n
Demonstrated end-to-end BA ownership, including discovery,target-state design, requirements, delivery support, SIT/UAT coordination,and go-live readiness
n
Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders across
Product,Technology,
Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Operations
n
Experience working within large banking environments; Westpacexperience highly advantageous
