Strong expertise in
Go/Golang (1.22+ preferred)
Deep understanding of:Goroutines
Channels
Interfaces
Reflection
Concurrency primitives (Mutex, RWMutex, WaitGroup, Atomic Operations)
Memory management and Garbage Collection
Experience building scalable backend services and microservices
Solid knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Understanding of performance tuning, profiling, and debugging in Go
Preferred:
Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS
Familiarity with gRPC
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience:
5+ years in software development with significant hands-on Golang development experience.
