Chosen Family is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist an 18-year-old non-binary participant in North Bondi with community access and daily activities. You will provide person-centred, secure support and build trusting relationships while respecting autonomy.
Experience with psychosocial disability, autism, and complex mental health needs is valued. Flexibility in schedule and a willingness to follow established support plans are essential.
