About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised
Office Administrator
to join our team.
This is a varied hands-on role, combining office administration, online order processing and customer service. You'll play an important part in making sure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and our day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Picking, processing and dispatching online orders accurately and on time
Responding to customer enquiries via email and providing friendly, helpful service
General office administration, including filing,



data entry and customer support
Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks across the business
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently
Proactive and willing to help wherever needed
Interested in e-commerce, administration and/or customer service
Passionate about fashion and social media
Previous experience is not needed — we're happy to train the right person.
A genuine passion for social media and an interest in creating content will be highly regarded.
