AchievementoffinancialtargetsforallocatedBrokerpanel

DeliversetDistributionactivities(Brokervisits,keyaccountmanagement,pipeline
&
prospecting,crossselling,newbusinessgeneration)
n
AppropriateuseofdelegatedUnderwritingauthority,includingbutnotlimitedto:
n
a)Undertakingappropriateriskassessments
n
b)Appropriatedeploymentofcapacityonnew
&
renewalbusiness,includingendorsementofexistingcoverage
n
c)AdherencetoProductguidelines
&
initiatives,includinggrowthordiversificationstrategiesorremedialactionifrequired
n
DevelopmentandexecutionofpersonalDistributionplanforassignedBrokerpanel
n
ClosecollaborationwithCyber
&
TechnologyPracticeLeaderandProductLineManagers
n
Participateinjointtravel/presentations
n
