Job Description
HenderCare is seeking a passionate Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Allied health team in Adelaide. You will deliver person-centred assessments, develop Positive Behaviour Support plans, and promote independence for people living with disability.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, applying evidence-based strategies and collaborating with carers and stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes and sustainable supports.
