CONSTANT is currently seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our team at Luna Park Sydney — one of the city's most iconic and high-profile venues. In this critical role, you will help ensure the safety and security of staff, guests, and visitors while supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, identify incidents, and elevate matters to relevant security personnel
n
Respond to emergencies by initiating appropriate procedures and liaising with emergency services where required
n
Provide clear and consistent communication with on-site security teams
n
Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and logs
n
Conduct investigations into security breaches and monitor activities of interest
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role,



you must be available to work a rotating roster across days and nights throughout the week. This is not a weekend-only position — weekday availability is essential.
n
Essential Requirements:
n
n
Previous experience as a Control Room Operator or Monitoring Centre Operator
n
Current NSW Security Licence (1AE)
n
Nationally accredited First Aid and CPR certification
n
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
n
Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
n
