basedteam,servicing
clients nationally.

Reporting to theDirector,you will assume a key role in the delivery solutions for our highly valued clients. In this role, you will build on the success of a dominant team in a bid to create your own profile in the marketplace.

Scope of work:
n
n
Actively pursuing current appointments to act for organisations especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses.
n
Contributingtowards
the production of
proposals,pitchesand
project promotional material.
n
Maintaining and building client relationships.




n
Assistin ensuring the client database information is of the highest integrity. This includes data entry of all
listings,contactand
transactional information.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
n
Acommercial leasing backgroundin office, medical or retail assets is preferred
n
Strong client-orientated approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Excellent negotiation skills and thorough understanding of industry
legislation/current
market trends
n
Confident presentation and communications skills.
n
Proactive team player witha high levelof enthusiasm.
