Morning Shift

Monday to Friday - 6am - 2pm
n $***** per hour

Afternoon Shift
n
Monday to Friday - 2pm - 10pm

Duties of the role
n
n
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation.
n
Perform machine changeovers as required.
n
Complete quality assurance (QA) checks and maintain accurate production documentation.
n
Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency.
n
Pack finished products into boxes on the production line.
n
Wrap, label and stack pallets ready for dispatch.
n
Load and manually handle products and materials (up to 25kg).
n
Meet hourly and daily production targets.
n
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace health and safety guidelines.
n
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
n

About You
n

Previous machine operating experience
n
Minimum 6 months' experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
n
Ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
n
Sound understanding of safe manual handling techniques.
n
Able to follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
n
Good verbal and written communication skills.
n
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Willing to learn new processes and adapt to changing production requirements.
n
