A leading global property consultancy is looking for a Leasing Executive to join their Office Leasing team.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of office assets, working closely with landlords to drive leasing
n
outcomes and build a strong market presence across the Sydney CBD.
n
What you'll do:
n

Canvass and build relationships with current business and clients across the office market
n
Assess assets and provide leasing strategy and recommendations
n
Prepare properties for leasing, run marketing campaigns, and manage the leasing process end to end
n
Negotiate and transact office leasing deals
n
Actively pursue new listing opportunities and manage stock control
n




Deliver expert market advice to clients and maintain CRM/database records
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
Experience in office leasing or commercial real estate
n
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or working towards)
n
Solid negotiation and business development skills
n
Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
n
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
n
n
