Due to recent project wins we have a number of roles available for architects and interior designers across Australia, and from graduates to senior associate level.
n
In this full-time role as a Senior Architect, based in our Sydney studio, you will play a key role in delivering innovative architectural solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will contribute to the design and development of high quality projects across a range of sectors, collaborating with a talented interdisciplinary team that works nationally across Australia.

This is a role, in which you will be able to use your skills and knowledge in project leadership, engagement with clients and stakeholders, conceptual presentation and planning, design development and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver major community and health facilities, learning environments and sports projects
n
Depending on your experience you could lead the design and development of architectural concepts and detailed plans for a variety of projects
n
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and the project team to translate frequently complex requirements into functional designs that deliver well resolved architecture
n
Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes,



regulations and sustainability standards
n
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and documentation to support the construction process
n
Provide technical advice and support to the project team throughout the construction phase
n
Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and best practices in architecture
n
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and standards
n
n
Desirable Attributes
n
n
Experience in health, community, sport and/or education project delivery.
n
Masters of Architecture (or equivalent) at a recognisable Tertiary institution
n
Senior Architect with minimum10 years experience delivering significant scale or complex projects, ideally with health or sport project experience
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
You will have evidence of proven time management skills in delivering projects on time, design thinking and architectural resolution.
n
Solid technical skills in architectural design, including the use of Revit and other software
n
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
n
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
n
Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations and sustainability standards
n
Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric architectural solutions
n
