YOUR NEW EMPLOYER
Our client is one of NSW's top plaintiff firms with 35+years of success. It is home to industry leading litigators who are passionate about fighting for justice for plaintiffs in respect of their personal injury claims, estates/will disputes and class actions.
YOUR RECENT ROLE
In this unique newly created role, in their fast-growing CLASS ACTIONS team, reporting to and being mentored by an outstanding Accredited Specialist Partner,
you will relish the stimulation+challenge+deep fulfilment of working on high level complex large-scale class actions litigation cases obtaining justice for plaintiffs.
You will be
actively involved
in assisting the partner with class actions including liaising with clients/other solicitors/counsels/experts, legal research, preparing letters/court documents, obtaining and reviewing evidence, preparing briefs to counsel, assisting with settlement conferences/mediations and court hearings.
