Torch Skilled Services is seeking a Senior Engineer to own end-to-end backend features on a greenfield project, delivering on a Kotlin/Spring Boot stack hosted in GCP. You'll take ownership from system design through to production and collaborate closely with a small, high-trust team.
This hands-on role requires mentoring a junior developer, driving technical direction, and delivering robust APIs and data workflows. A hybrid Sydney-based setup is expected with immediate availability.
