About the company/role: Our client is a food ingredient manufacturer supplying a diverse range of clients in the food industry. They are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Coordinator to join their team in Wetherill Park. This is a full-time, casual role with no fixed end date.

Duties:

Develop, review and maintain HACCP flow charts for all production processes
n
Conduct regular validation and verification activities
n
Support internal and external audits
n
Track and trend products and processes
n
Develop and maintain the QMS and documentation
n
Drive continuous improvement
n
n
Skills/experience:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline
n
Previous experience in the food industry is essential
n
Prior exposure to HACCP, GMP, CCPs is essential
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Robust attention to detail
n
Excellent communication skills
