Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types:

Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

Lease Agreements
n
Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
n
Marketing Agreements
n
Licensing Agreements
n
Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
n
Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
n
Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
n
n




Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
n
Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
n
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
n
Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
n
Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
n
Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
n
Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.
