Job Description
Newmont Australia is seeking a Training Lead at Tanami to coordinate and deliver high‐quality technical training for our underground workforce. You will work with site leaders, trainers and external providers to ensure workforce competency, compliance and secure performance in a remote mining environment.

You will design engaging learning materials, assess across departments, and drive continuous improvement while supporting FIFO operations and regulatory requirements.
