Have experience in a fast-paced customer service role — think hospitality, retail, reception or call centres
n
Are confident and warm on the phone
n
Are tech savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems
n
Can juggle calls, messages, bookings and competing priorities
n
Stay calm, kind and professional when someone is stressed or upset
n
Are organised, reliable and quick to learn
n




Genuinely enjoy helping people
n
Love animals and want to build a career in the veterinary industry
n

A love of animals is important, but this is first and foremost a customer service role.
n
What you'll be doing
n
You'll be one of the first people our clients connect with and an important part of making every visit feel supported from the very beginning.
n
You'll be trained to:
n
n
Answer client phone calls, emails and messages
n
Book appointments and manage schedules
n
Welcome clients and their pets
n
Check patients in and out
n
Process payments and assist with insurance claims
n
Help keep a busy veterinary reception running smoothly
n
Support pet owners through some of their happiest — and hardest — moments
n
n
