Manage delivery of capital works projects across Adelaide and Parafield Airports.
n
Key Accountabilities
n
n
Manage the delivery of projects to ensure approved capital works projects achieve quality, program and budget outcomes
n
Support the team with guidance on best practice and knowledge share;
n
Ensure all building works comply with Airports Act and AAL requirements;
n
Understand, work within and contribute to all Company policies and procedures;
n
Support the H/O Project Delivery and Directors in developing procurement strategies and portfolio/program management
n
Assist in the development of a PMO
n
Leading and supporting direct reports through transparent direction and ongoing performance development, including conducting regular 1:1's, annual performance reviews, leave management, and broader employee lifecycle activities aligned to project and team needs
n
Other duties and projects as required;
n
Embed Customer Service in attitudes and actions;
n
Contribute to a safe, healthy and discrimination free workplace;
n
Comply with the WHS Responsibility Guidelines;
n
Comply with the Environmental Responsibility Procedure;

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Qualifications

Essential:
n
n
Diploma or Degree in Project Management discipline (demonstrated experience or other qualifications in similar disciplines will be considered)
n
Drivers Licence
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
Engineering, Architectural or related disciplines
n
MS Project
n
n
Experience
n
Essential:
n
n
Significant experience within the Commercial building / logistics / maintenance industry (or associated)
n
Experience in managing budgeting and coordination of projects
n
Experience in programming of projects
n
Experience in managing design teams, contractors and stakeholders
n
Experience in the interpretation and application of regulations and standards
n
Experience in the application of standards to building development
n
Experience in project reporting
n
Experience in managing multiple projects in an operating environment
n
Experience in mentoring staff
n
Demonstrated ability to take a strategic review of Projects in line with business needs/objectives
n
n
Desirable:

Experience within an airport environment or similar
n
Experience in Project Management Offices
n
Experience in liaison with a diverse range of stakeholders
