The clear goal behind it is to keep transforming the business into a high-velocity performance marketing machine, backed by acquisition targets that are ambitious but genuinely achievable, not wishful thinking.
The role
Reporting to a truly genuine and amazing CMO who is a "trust first," no micromanager type of person, this is a brand new seat, the first Head of Growth the business has had, so you're building the function, not inheriting someone else's version of it!
You'll own the growth stack end to end, paid, owned and earned channels, hands-on in the Meta and Google ad accounts yourself with no agency in between, lifecycle and CRM, web and CRO, and the referral loop. The existing podcasts, content and creator partnerships already give you a real audience to convert. Your job is to build the engine that turns that trust into scaled, sustainable growth.
What you'll bring
5+ years in growth, performance or acquisition, with real time leading the function at a fast growing consumer brand, ideally fintech or another product led business
Hands-on,



current experience personally running Meta and Google ad accounts at six figure monthly spend
Fluency in CAC, LTV, payback, attribution and cohort data, because none of it counts if it can't be measured
Comfortable operating across multiple internal stakeholders without turning into a ticket desk
