About The Company
Link Airways and Corporate Air provide airline and air charter services across eastern and southern Australia.
About The Role
Link Airways is seeking a Customer Service Officer and/or Ramp Agent to join its FBO team based at Canberra Airport.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure safe and efficient handling of aircraft, including baggage handling and towing
Provide exceptional customer service at check-in and departure gate
Prepare aircraft catering and ensure onboard supplies are loaded
Qualifications
Previous airline or customer service experience highly regarded
Robust commitment to safety and a positive safety culture
Comfortable working independently within a small team
