Interior Designer – Health
to join their Sydney studio.
This is an opportunity to step into a studio known for delivering complex, large-scale health environments that genuinely shape communities. Their work within the health sector spans public and private facilities, clinical environments, and community-focused spaces — projects that require both creative intelligence and technical rigour.
We are looking for an Interior Designer who understands the responsibility and impact of working within health. Someone who enjoys contributing to spaces that support wellbeing, recovery, and the broader societal role of healthcare environments.

Role:
Interior Designer – Health
Experience:
5–10+ years (Australian experience essential)
Software:
Revit preferred
VISA requirements:
Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
In this role, you will:
Contribute to the design and delivery of health projects across multiple stages
Work from early concept and design development through to documentation and completion
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and specialist health planners
Produce high-quality documentation and presentations
Support client engagement and stakeholder coordination
Balance creativity with technical compliance and buildability
Help shape environments that positively impact patients, staff, and communities
We are seeking someone who:
Has 5–10+ years' experience delivering Health sector projects in Australia
Is confident working across all project phases
Has strong documentation capability and technical understanding
Is proficient in Revit
Understands Australian codes and standards relevant to healthcare environments
Is a creative all-rounder — conceptually strong, technically capable, and collaborative
Values teamwork, communication, and contributing to a respected studio culture
