An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a high-performing, well-established real estate team on Sydney's North Shore. This is a premium role offering strong support, streamlined processes, and genuine long-term career growth into leadership.
The Role:
Managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 115 properties, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of property management. With the backing of a dedicated leasing consultant and offshore support, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants—without the distractions of accounts, leasing, or business development.
What's on Offer:
Paying up to $100k + super
Monday to Friday role – enjoy your weekends
Manage a clean, capped portfolio of 115 properties
No leasing, no BDM, and no accounts
Strong support structure including leasing consultant and offshore team
Car allowance and phone provided
Commission on new business
Clear pathway to step into a Team Leader/Department Head role
9AM to 5PM

About You
Proven experience in residential property management
Strong knowledge of legislation and processes
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Licence
Proficient with PropertyMe (or similar systems)
