The Opportunity
n
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, online leads, and showroom visits
n
Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
n




Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Chery vehicles
n
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
n
Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of current promotions
n
Follow up sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records
n
Work closely with finance and aftersales departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
n
Build lasting customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
n
Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
n

About You
n
n
Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results
n
Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
