What you'll be doing

Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
n
Drive sales performance and smash targets
n




Create a high‐energy, positive store culture
n
Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
n
Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service
n
This is a newly created role opening due to business growth. You will still have a base store and will eventually move into your own new or existing store.

What we're looking for
n
n
Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
n
Previous experience in Optics at a Senior Store Manager level an advantage
n
This is a floating role, depending on the needs of the business so reliable transport is a must.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
High energy and adaptability in a fast‐paced environment
n
Solid leadership skills – you know how to motivate and develop a team

Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
