Job Description
Australian Unity in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of healthcare properties. You will shape investment outcomes, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with the Funds Management team to deliver sustainable value.

The role reports to the Head of Direct Property and is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Solid negotiation, financial, and leadership skills are essential to oversee capital works, risk management, and lease strategies.
